Precisely because of the refined senses with which he perceives reality and which confirm that his ‘now’ can be a mythical ‘now’, that his post-postmodern consciousness is equally mythical, the poet prefers to choose certain mythical stories and their unchanged and unchangeable patterns, while presenting their heroes as examples that survive in every ‘now’, emphasizing in their universal fate the closeness to his lyrical voice's position.
